About the school

Designed to turn a passion for fashion into a profession.

Noblettica is not a traditional fashion school. It is a professionalising experience designed for people who want to work in fashion and luxury — and who are ready to earn their place there.

From day one, you are treated like a future colleague, not a student. You learn from professionals who hire for their own teams, you work on real cases from real maisons, and you leave with the knowledge, the network and the portfolio that make you stand out.

Professional from day one

Taught by people who actually do the job.

At our fashion school there are no career academics. Our faculty are practising professionals from luxury fashion houses, boutiques and marketing teams — people who spend their weeks building brands, running stores and closing sales, and their classes telling you exactly how it is done.

That changes everything. You learn from lived experience, current practice and real numbers, not from a slide deck written five years ago. And the person marking your work is the same kind of person who will one day read your CV.

Ask them anything. They were in the room.

Professionals first

Every class is led by someone who does the job right now: marketing directors, brand managers, retail leaders and boutique experts from French and Italian maisons. They teach in the evening what they practised that morning.

Experience you can question

They talk about the campaign that worked and the one that failed, the client they saved, the negotiation they lost. You can ask anything — and get an honest, first-hand answer instead of a textbook one.

The standards of the industry

Because they hire for their own teams, they grade you the way a maison would: clarity, taste, rigour and the ability to defend an idea in front of a room.

A network, not a faculty list

Your professors are working contacts in Paris, Provence and on the French Riviera. Impress them and they become the people who refer you, recommend you or open a door.

Your ambition

Become the candidate they want

The goal is simple: by the end of the program, you should be the kind of candidate a luxury house notices — cultured, professional, bilingual and ready to add value from day one.

Twelve weeks between Paris, Provence and the French Riviera change the way you speak, present and think. You walk into that interview with a portfolio, a network and a point of view.

How you learn

Learn the job by doing the job.

Our school believes you understand luxury marketing by building it, not just reading about it. That is why every week combines instruction with hands-on work that grows into a portfolio you can show to any recruiter.

Real case studies

Every module starts with a live brief from a Parisian maison, a Cannes boutique or a Monaco retail partner. You analyse the real constraints, propose a strategy and defend your ideas the way professionals do.

Personal projects

You build your own portfolio: a brand repositioning, a clienteling scenario, a digital campaign, a boutique concept. These pieces become the proof of your taste and your thinking when you apply to your dream house.

International team projects

You work in small groups with classmates from the US, Europe, Asia and beyond. It mirrors the global teams inside luxury groups — and teaches you to lead across cultures and points of view.

Feedback from the industry

Your work is reviewed by marketing directors, brand managers and retail leaders who hire for their own teams. Their feedback is direct, practical and immediately useful.

The Noblettica dress code

Dress like the professional you are becoming.

At Noblettica, how you show up matters. We ask every student to dress professionally during classes, workshops and events — not because we love rules, but because first impressions in luxury are real.

The classroom is where you begin building your reputation. Your professors, your classmates and the visiting professionals you meet are the first people who will recommend you, refer you or hire you. Showing up polished and prepared is how you signal that you belong in the room.

  • Tailored, clean and considered attire for every session
